Catherine works as a Sales Negotiator as part of Warners expert estate agency team, and boasts a wealth of experience having worked in the property market for most of her career. In her role Catherine makes sure that sellers receive the best advice on marketing strategies and negotiates offers to ensure that her clients achieve the best possible result from their sale. She loves being able to build relationships with clients and help to ensure that their sale goes as smoothly and stress-free as possible.

Catherine has a keen interest in ancient history, especially Egyptian and Roman, and has visited Rome several times. She had a brief brush with fame, starring in a road safety film in her youth, and these days enjoys staying active by swimming and walking.
