Our Residential Conveyancing department are market leaders in the field of conveyancing services. Our aim is to enhance our position by continuing our long term investment in the highest quality of both staff and technological support. The department consists of three partners, Scott Craig, Jason Scott and Scott Brown with a further 20 fee earners and related support staff working across 5 offices throughout Scotland making it one of the most comprehensive residential conveyancing departments in Scotland. Modern software and support encompassing a comprehensive case management system means that quality and speed of service are ensured.

We provide a straightforward, quality service designed to make the legal process of moving house, as stress free as possible. Each client is advised of progress at each stage of the conveyancing process. Each client has a dedicated partner managing their case for them whilst also having a dedicated fee earner progressing their work on a daily basis. This reflects our commitment to work in teams to ensure that all aspects of a conveyancing transaction are dealt with speedily and at the most appropriate level.

We cover all aspects of conveyancing including house purchase, sale, remortgaging and title transfers. Our team of experienced staff, with over 200 years of collective experience, allows you to maximise your potential when moving house through Warners.

We have a huge amount of experience and extensive knowledge of the local property market. As a result of the volume of transactions we carry out, we see trends in the market much quicker than our competitors do. We monitor prices and volumes "in-house" on a weekly basis and analyse these for the benefit of clients.
