The team is particularly experienced in interpretation and enforcement of contracts and other commercial obligations, acting for large institutions, small business and individuals. It works closely with the Commercial Department of the Firm.

Recovering debts large and small due to banks, commercial clients and individuals. Enforcement of Guarantees. Bankruptcy and insolvency.
Preparing and revising Building Contracts, professional appointments and Warranties, representing clients in Court actions, arbitration and adjudications.
Including professional and medical negligence and all levels of damages from minor accidents to large claims arising from all manner of circumstances.
Licensing, planning, judicial review of administrative decisions and statutory appeals.
Advising Landlords and Tenants in respect of their obligations, preparing and serving Notices in terms of Leases, Notices to Quit, advising on procedures for removal of Tenants, raising and defending actions for recovery of possession of property and rent arrears. Also applications to the Lands Tribunal in respect of title conditions, Court actions for rectification of defective titles and contracts.
Advising employers and employees in respect of employment rights, representing parties at Employment Tribunals, advising as to termination of employment and Compromise Agreements and transfers of undertakings.
Road traffic and other criminal matters, tax disputes, etc.
