Letting a property
Whilst the primary focus of our business has always been on marketing properties for sale, we do also
provide a rental service to landlords as well. We do this as it:
- compliments our existing services
- we have always dealt with the legal side of letting properties
- some clients wish to market a property for both sale and rental and we wish to provide that option "under one roof".
What are our charges?
We believe in stating clearly, at the outset all our charges. The following suite of services, and their costs, are
designed to allow clients to pick and choose which services they utilise and matters they want attend to themselves. This
is designed so clients can "pick and choose" what we do and what they do. In some cases (and at no cost), if the client wishes
to carry out tasks themself, we may ask for sight of documentation to evidence this in order that we comply with the appropriate
legislations for agents.

leading letting portal for the Scottish market, including dealing with prospective enquiries and reporting to landlord on
same. Includes a weekly update and feedback report.

Our ethos is simple, we don't believe in charging you a percentage of the rental each month for the sake of it. We will
charge you a fair fee each time we do something on your behalf. You are safe in the knowledge that your affairs are handled
by an agent regulated by the Law Society of Scotland.
We will normally ask for payment in advance and payment can be made by cash, cheque, Switch, Visa or Mastercard as suits
you. For Visa and Mastercard payments there is a two per cent (2%) levy to cover the levey made on us by those
organisations.
