Powers of Attorney

We are living longer and, more and more, the spectre of the Nursing Home looms large.

In order to ensure your financial affairs are kept in order, a Power of Attorney in favour of someone of your choosing should be granted.   In addition, the powers granted under a Power of Attorney can also include medical and welfare powers to ensure all matters relative to your health, care and personal well-being are provided for.
